  • How can I place a wholesale order?
    To place a wholesale order: Only authorized and registered dealer can place order through the dealer portal or with your sales representative. Browse our product catalog and submit your order after logging into the dealer portal. Dealer can always contact dedicated sales representative directly for placing an order or asking questions. Retail customers, please find and contact your local dealer.
  • How can I track my order?
    After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with invoice, the shipping method and tracking number are in the invoice.
  • What are the payment options?
    We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer (ACH or wire transfer) Company check Dealer financing if qualified Credit/Debit cards (with additional fee) Payment must be made in full before shipment unless prior payment terms have been arranged.
  • What are the shipping options?
    Our sales will contact you to discuss the shipping options if you need.
  • Do you offer product warranties?
    BV Powersports’ warranty policy is issued for authorized dealers use only. Retail customers please follow individual dealer’s warranty/return policy. For warranty registration, please contact your dealer or go to Warranty Registration. For warranty claims, please directly contact your local or online dealer where you purchased your product from!

  • How to find my nearest dealer?
    To find a dealer using the "Find a Dealer" feature: Select "Find a Dealer": Method 1: Under the "Our Services" section, choose the "Find a Dealer" option. Method 2: Click the "Find a Dealer" menu tab. Enter Your Location: Input either a ZIP code or an area address where you'd like to search. View the Results: The search will display the three closest dealers based on the information you provided.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
